+Helper.com website relaunch

We have set a Go-Live date of Monday, February 25th for the refreshed helper.com website. Our new website will feature a new search function, an FAQ page, a cleaner look and more intuitive navigation! We are also developing a video that will help guide you through the changes and show you how to navigate to the more frequently used features.

+myHelper Update (our web-based cloud solution)

In an effort to keep the communication lines open, we will document progress toward the launch of myHelper here.

For an updated preview of myHelper, enter the Support site and view the video! Once you enter your credentials, find "myHelper Demonstration" link under Videos for Assurance Support Customers.

We continued discussions with Pulse Systems, our EDI partner, regarding the more popular features our customers requested in our recent survey. These features should help improve cash flow and communication with your patients.

If you have new feature ideas or questions about myHelper, please send a message to: myhelper@helper.com.

+Helper Health Information Exchange (HIE) - North Carolina

This week, we received further communication from the NCHIEA and continue to share updates to those who have asked for updates. We are working with their team to send more specific messaging to impacted customers.

For those who are impacted by this requirement, please reach out to info@helper.com with the subject line NCHIE to sign up for further communication on this topic.

+Helper Billing Services

Over the past 6 months, we have seen our Billing Service client list double! Who should consider using Helper for Billing Services? You should if you:
1.  recently lost your billing expert
2.  are doing your own billing and you'd like to stop
3.  are doing your own billing and are losing money by not following up on secondary claims
4.  are doing your own billing and your claims are expiring

Our rate structure reflects the money you collect not just what we bill for you. Call into the Support line (800-343-5737) and ask for David to help you compare what we have to offer with any other options you are considering. If you give us a few minutes we can help you feel more comfortable about this important business decision.
