   Training Needs Designed for Every Budget  
 

We feel that our great reputation comes from having a great team and by making Helper software easy to learn without requiring weeks of costly training.  In addition to the robust self help features already contained in Helper software, we provide users a variety of supplemental training options including:

 
 

Online training classes with a live instructor – You can log into these sessions and hear a live instructor provide software training.  You will watch on your computer screen and listen in by telephone and can of couse ask the instructor questions.

In addition we offer more individualized training options:
   
  One-on-One individual online training -  In most cases our standard training that comes bundled with your Helper software is all you will need, however, if you want additional training, we can add it in hourly increments. Your Helper representative can assist you with more information.    
  On-site training – If requested, we will also provide on site training in your office.     
     
   Data Conversion Services  
 

We also offer a full range of data conversion services.  You can choose to migrate just your patient demographic data or a full set of data including tables such as insurance companies, referring providers, facilities, providers and startup patient balances.  We will work with you to help you move your data from your old system to Helper so you can be productive with Helper as quickly as possible. 

The last and perhaps most important startup process focuses on ensuring your electronic transactions process works properly so your insurance payments continue flowing into your practice.  We have extensive expertise in this area as our systems process over 7 million electronic claims per year and know that cash flow is the most important result of our Helper Software.

  Statement of Version Support  
 

In an ongoing effort to provide high-quality customer support, Nightingale periodically sunsets (also known as retiring) older versions of Therapist Helper, discontinuing live support and most business services for those versions. Sunsetting older versions of Therapist Helper allows us to focus our resources on supporting more current products, which are used by the vast majority of Therapist Helper customers. The result is a better customer experience for Therapist Helper users.

As part of this sunset, we will discontinue live support for Therapist Helper versions prior to Version 6.3, effective September 1, 2006. If you have a current support contract and are on a version of Therapist Helper prior to 6.3, please upgrade prior to the date above in order to maintain your eligibility for live support.
