Discussions are ramping up regarding a patient portal which will give us more clarity around features and when that will be available in the future.

Development is under way on the NCHIE connection. We plan to start testing as soon as next week and will give more detailed communication out to those who have signed up for our notification list.
If you are a provider that accepts payments from North Carolina Medicaid or from another state-sponsored health care fund, this message applies to you. The Helper team will be leveraging the work Netsmart has already completed at the NCHIEA to allow our Helper customers meet the compliance requirements. Over the past 6 months, we have seen our Billing Service client list double! Who should consider using Helper for Billing Services? You should if you:

We have identified some revisions to the website launch and the web development team is working through our recommendations. We are still on target to release the new and improved helper.com very soon.
